Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday, except US Postal Service holidays.
It is the Beauty Cafe's Policy that we do not charge your Credit Card until your item is processed for shipment. The exception is if you pay via Paypal and we do not have your items in stock when you place your order. in this situation, you will receive a back order notification and will be offered to either keep the back order or to have us refund your PayPal Account.
Secure Shopping:
All transactions on our web site are protected by a Secure Online Server. Your name, address, and credit card number cannot be read by anyone else. Your credit card information is deleted/purged once your order has been processed. The safety and security of your personal information is very important to us and will be kept confidential. Shoppers Rewards:
To thank you for shopping at Beauty Cafe we have a Shoppers Reward program. When you register as a customer with Beauty Cafe, your purchases add up. With every $200.00 that you spend, you will receive a Gift Certificate for $20.00 which will be emailed to you within 5 days of reaching $200.00
To redeem your Gift Certificate, place your items into the cart and go through the Check Out. If you are paying with PayPal, please still continue with the regular CheckOut option to enter in your Gift Certificate and then select payment by PayPal afterwards. If you have any difficulties, please contact us.
Preventing Identity Theft:
Beauty Cafe uses Address Verfication for online order processing. Your billing address must match what your issuing Credit Card Bank has on file. If you have moved recently please make sure you have updated your information w/your bank. We also require phone numbers so that we may contact you with any questions we may have.
Orders being shipped to a different name/address other than the card holder will require Signature Confirmation. Please make sure that you provide us with the card holders telephone number and email address and not that of the gift receipient.
We require the CCV2 number from the back of all credit cards. Orders not having this number supplied, or supplied incorrectly will not be processed. If the number does not match up correctly we will attempt to contact the cardholder via the information provided to us.
While we regret any inconvenience any of this may cause, we do hope you understand that we are concerned about the amount of theft currently occurring on the internet and are just doing our part to reduce internet and credit card fraud for both card holders and merchants.

Back Orders:
We keep a large inventory at the Beauty Cafe...However, upon occasion we do run our or our suppliers are out of stock on items. If this happens, you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order being placed. Depending on your order and when we expect the backorder item to ship, we will ship out the other items in your order. Backordered items under 25.00 will be cancelled.
Backordered items that arrive in less than 30 days will be automatically shipped to you upon their arrival at Beauty Cafe. For backorders that have extended beyond our 30 days, we will email you to verify if you still wish to have the merchandise sent to you. We will not ship the item until we have received your confirmation. You are not charged for items that do not ship, so you will not be charged for the backordered items until they are physically ready for shipment. We do not charge for shipping on back ordered items that were originally eligible for Free Shipping.
Authorized Retailer:
Beauty Cafe is an authorized retailer for all the product lines that we carry. By being "authorized," this means that we work with the original vendors, importers and distributors to provide you with the authentic product lines that they represent. We are not a discounter or a Clearing House. We do not sell "grey market" goods and we also do not purchase items from unknown or un-reputable sources. Our product inventory is on a high-turnover rate, so that you know that your purchases with us are from fresh inventory, not items that have been sitting on someone's shelves for years before selling off to discounters.
