Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to US customers on all orders over 36.00.
Your final invoice total AFTER any Gift Certificates, Coupons, Special Offers or Discounts must be over 36.00 to receive the FREE SHIPPING.

Orders being shipped to a different name/address other than the card holder require Signature Confirmation. Orders over $150.00 require a Signature Confirmation. If you wish to waive the Signature Confirmation on orders over $150.00, you must notify us when placing your order with us.

The Beauty Cafe strives to provide our Customers with the best Customer Service possible. To ensure this, we have the following policy regarding Returns/Exchanges. We suggest you read this before you place any order with us and contact us if you have any questions, prior to placing your order.

Returns + Exchanges

The Beauty Cafe will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your shipment from us under the following guidelines.

To ensure the quality of the products that we offer our customers,  Beauty Cafe DOES NOT accept any returns on Fragrances or items of a Cosmetic or Skin Care Nature. Items must be returned unopened or unused and in sellable condition.

Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If you do have an item that you wish to return/exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your item. You will be provided with an RMA number for your return. The RMA number must be on the top of the box with the address label. Returns must be sent Insured and Signature Confirmation to ensure that we do receive your return. Boxes sent to the Beauty Cafe without an RMA number will be refused upon delivery and returned back to you, at your expense. We are not responsible for any returns that are not shipped according to our policy. Please note: any item returned/exchanged that is been found to have been opened/discharged will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees back to the Beauty Cafe on Returns/Exchanges are at the Customer's Expense, unless the item was sent in error or damaged upon arrival.

Items returned without a receipt will be issued a Beauty Cafe Credit (Gift Certificate) good for future purchases from the Beauty Cafe. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Orders that qualified for free shipping will have applicable shipping charges deducted from the refund. 

Special order items or items offered for presell that are cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items cancelled during shipping and refused upon delivery will be credited back for the merchandise, however, we will not refund the shipping charges, including orders that qualified for Free shipping. 

While the Beauty Cafe staff strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control, we are human and occasionally do make mistakes. In the event that we totally goof on an order, please contact us within 24 hours of the acceptance of your shipment to notify us of the error. We will ship you the correct item along with a return shipping label with an RMA number on it. Shipping the corrected item to you and the return item is at Beauty Cafe's expense.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24hours of your shipments arrival. Please do not destroy the box that your item arrived in and do not throw away the broken items. Please hold on to them for further instructions. Email us indicating what has happened and the damage that incurred. We will then issue you an exchange along with a Return Shipping Label for your damaged item along with any items that may have been damaged due to any breakage/leakage. Items not returned to us in their current condition will not be eligible for a Exchange. You may hear from our Insurance company to verify the damage. Refunds are not issued on damaged goods, we will be happy to reship your order to you.
