All transactions on our web site are protected by a Secure Online Server. Your name, address, and credit card number cannot be read by anyone else. Your credit card information is deleted/purged once your order has been processed. The safety and security of your order and your personal information are very important to us and will be kept confidential. If however, you still prefer not to order via the Internet, please feel free to email  us or call us in the United States as 1-800.237.6979 or 214.417.9700 outside the United States, to place your order.

In the United States we accept:
Paypal (Confirmed Addresses only), Personal Check, Money Order/Cashiers Checks, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Beauty Cafe uses Address Verification when processing Credit Cards, please be sure you are using the correct billing address that your bank has on file. Beauty Cafe will not process any orders to Addresses that cannot be confirmed. If we cannot confirm the billing address, you will be sent an email to provide us with the correct information prior to shipping your order. Your order will be held for 24 hours while we are waiting to hear back from you.

We do not ship items containing alcohol-based products outside the Continental U.S., due to FAA HazMat Restrictions.

Credit Card Fraud:
The Beauty Cafe takes Credit Card fraud with great seriousness and will prosecute to the full extent of the law. We require the CCV2 number from the back of all credit cards to process orders. If you are not sure how to find this number, there is a help menu when checking out, or you can always send us an email . Orders not having this number supplied, or supplied incorrectly will not be processed. If the number does not match up correctly we will attempt to contact the cardholder via the information provided to us.

The Beauty Cafe works with local authorities, as well as banks on internet fraud. We will provide the authorities with all information including the IP address of the person placing the fraudulent charge.

Orders sent in as chargebacks to us for fraudulent use will be forwarded to the proper authorities, as well as the US Postal Services for mail fraud with the proper documentation.

While we regret any inconvenience any of this may cause, we do hope you understand that we are concerned about the amount of theft currently occurring on the internet and are just doing our part to reduce internet and credit card fraud for both card holders and merchants.
