Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday and occasionally when we are bored on Saturdays. Express Mail Shipments will be shipped same day for orders placed before 3pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday, otherwise they will be processed the next business day. Regular orders are shipped via Priority Mail which takes 2 to 3 days in the domestic U.S. We do ship to P.O. Boxes (with Signature Confirmation) as well FPOs, Hawaii, and Alaska. However, we cannot ship fragrances outside the continental US.

You will receive two emails from us...one confirming your order. You should receive this within minutes of placing your order. The second email will be your tracking information. If you do not receive these emails from us, chances are we cannot get through your Spam Programs and you are welcome to either call us or email us for the information.

Please note that we do not ship fragrances via Express Mail due to HazMat restrictions on alcohol-based products. Additionally, while we do ship internationally, we cannot ship fragrances overseas via Air, this includes APO AE addresses, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

We offer FREE USPS Priority Mail to US customers on all orders over 25.00. Your final invoice total AFTER any Gift Certificates, Coupons, Special Offers or Discounts must be over 25.00 to receive the FREE SHIPPING.

International customers, including Canada and Mexico, be sure to select International Shipping from the pull-down menu to receive your estimated shipping costs. We are currently only shipping to Canada, Mexico and Western Europe. We do not ship items containing alcohol-based products outside the Continental U.S., due to FAA HazMat Restrictions.

We do not ship international gift orders (shipped to different name/address). Orders must be shipped to the person actually placing the order. Please allow between one to six weeks to receive your International Order due to Customs Inspections. Beauty Cafe is not responsible for Custom or Duty Fees once our shipment reaches your country. We are also not responsible for packages that do not clear customs.
