Where do I start when it comes to talking about food in Paris... well, I guess we could start with Breakfast.
Our first morning, we had omelets at Cafe Palais Royal, a corner cafe across from the Louvre in the 1st arrondissement. You could just taste the freshness of the eggs, cheese, and ham in each and every bite. So fluffy and so yummy. Our waiter could not have been more friendly and delightful.

One of my favorite meals was at Crêperie Gisèle, in the 6th arrondissement. This was my first real Galette, a La Madam, with ham, comté cheese, and a fried egg on top. Absolute heaven. I honestly could have (and probably should have) eaten every bite. Each bite was so full of flavor. Wow, just posting that photo gave me severe withdrawals. :)
